With a max class size of 4, you get one on one guidance and every person I’ve been in class with has been super friendly. Lilly is delightful! She is encouraging and motivating. She encourages you to keep going, shows you the right way to do each move and I don’t think I’ve seen her without a smile.

The equipment looks newer and the locker room was very nice. I have to mention how much I like the «private» stall changing areas that PF is known for. The staff was nice and professional as I inquired about possibly switching my membership. I’m in love with the tanning and red light therapy, especially since I Clique Aqui don’t want to tan alot, its a better deal than going to a tanning place. Plus since its new, it nice a quite, and I plan to enjoy that for awhile. The only downside is there are no personal tvs on the equipment, which I guess I can live with since half of them were Website broken at my old gym. And there is no yoga class.
I’ve had the best experience since joining F45! I had never found a place where I felt as encouraged and uplifted, but also consistently challenged to be better. I look forward to every class I go to!! Working on getting all my friends to workout here!

I’ve gone in the evening and had plenty of room to myself. They also have a nice juice/shake counter that has really great stuff. The staffing is minimum so sometimes you can’t find anyone to help you. I’ve gone in the morning and early afternoon and this is where the problems lie. The cardio side is steamy hot ! I’m not Clique Aqui kidding. I’ve walked in and then turned around and walked right out.
